Studios
Recording studio
A state-of-the-art recording studio built for artists, producers, and engineers to create at the highest level. The control room features a historic mixing console, studio monitors calibrated for precision, and dual display screens running industry-standard DAWs.
The vocal booth is acoustically treated with bass traps and foam panels, providing a clean, isolated sound. Instruments like a full drum kit and a MIDI keyboard are ready for use, alongside racks of preamps, compressors, and audio interfaces.
This Steve Durr-designed studio blends technical excellence with creative warmth. With ambient lighting, soundproof walls, and a thoughtful layout, the space supports focus, flexibility, and flow.
Podcast studio
A sleek, soundproof podcast studio designed for high-quality audio production. The room features acoustic foam panels on the walls and ceiling to minimize echo and background noise. A large central table holds professional-grade microphones with pop filters, adjustable boom arms, and headphones for each host and guest.
Designed by world-renowned studio architect Steve Durr, this space reflects decades of experience in building premier creative environments. Warm tones, minimalist dรฉcor, and ergonomic seating complete the cozy, tech-savvy atmosphere.
